when I was when I was being trained to the procedure with dr. Ressler I had a
response the first night and I was I was quite surprised and quite pleased so
yeah and for guys it might feel a little uncomfortable dinner you make it like
really not awkward at all yeah using like the little towel at the penis and
things like that and just talking and and so I think for for some men and that
mental hurdle of like oh my gosh some guy has this gun looking thing down there
it might be intimidating but definitely either come here to Portland Oregon
which you guys are almost energetic or yeah or find someone like vet who you're
going to see for a game if you don't live locally by rich games everybody's
trained with a similar technique and protocol yeah so anyone that rich is
trained is gonna be good yeah they people are gonna be well trained in the treatment to know how to do the treatment everybody's gonna vary as far as the comfort level of the person that they're working with you know my background I think lends itself to the therapeutic value and actually I think that that's a really important component of the assisting with these treatments is the therapeutic value in the conversations that I had with men while they're getting the treatment done it could be anything from business to their sexual health yeah it's it's it's quite a nice experience to have I really believe it is I think they're getting as much therapeutically emotionally as they are physically with the treatment mm-hmm one tip that I would have that it that is the the numbing cream we wait a little while so I just for new people just yes you know wait for it because we did the Oh awesome interview which is totally fine yeah and then kind of like that area that what's that parent yeah perineum yeah so I noticed that or is what would you offer for people to make is that I felt that a teeny little bit now it wasn't the point it was it was just yeah I have a high pain tolerance some people may not be cool with that but so what would you recommend for numbing cream well we have different concentrations okay we used a very mild numbing cream on you but we have stronger numbing cream where they won't feel anything for eight hours and then if a guy is really nervous I'll do a dorsal penile block on him so he feels absolutely nothing but most guys just want to use the cream and they can always use the stronger cream it just last a lot longer yeah yeah so what we don't want to patient and this is kind of an interesting thing that we've learned over Zephrofel South Africa time we don't want the patient or the person leaving and being numb for a really long time if they don't need to be yeah because that's an anchor and that gets into the emotional component of erectile function mm-hm or dysfunction I like to use to both terms because we're dealing with both terms here so it's important that we use not too much cream but just just enough to be able to make the procedure comfortable sure the and and making sure that when you know when I go over to the application is being done you know completely thorough because again we want to focus on the shaft of the penis but as we talked about before there's all this erectile tissue and very important issue that has to do with the rectal function that's below the shaft of the penis yeah and behind it and we want to make sure that that area is all covered and just make them you can't use too much of that green right and especially the way that we've got it we've got it formulated at this point yeah but it typically you can last anywhere from a two and I've heard guys say two and a half to three and a half to four hours yeah originally when we were using to fold those cream it was just too much too much yeah just too much I think I went too light on it which is my you told me to use like six you know turns of it and I think I did a little too light on it but it was totally totally comfortable lat lastly tip tip that I would like to offers is for anyone that's done a lot of
